When you are stressed, your brain works slower, your response times to environmental stimuli decrease,  (as in driving) your creativity and problem solving is impaired, (fill in your own here) and even your heart rhythms are disturbed.

Basically, your effectiveness is diminished.  But, unfortunatelly, that is not all.  Stress is now recognized as the leading contributor to all disease states. Think about this for a moment and what it could mean for your future.

However, if you know how to scientifically calm your internal stress responses, and eliminate habitual emotional reactions you will be more effective in all areas of your life.









How are these accomplishments possible?

Each of these persons you just read about were able to perform at their respective high levels because they overcame the negative effects of stress.  Let’s look at the elements in their accomplishments:  Confidence, self-trust, mental clarity, focus. These states of mind are deteriorated with stress.

Learn these two "stress terminators"

Two complementary anti-stress techniques are available now which are capable of quickly and completely reversing the mental and physical effects of stress. They both work to calm and retrain your nervous system.

With practice you can be increasingly resilient to stressors.  You can remain calmer in the face of stessors and will be able to recover quicker when you have become stressed.
